Born and raised in Los Angeles, I’ve always been passionate about fitness, health, and all things wellness. I graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Business and am a certified Lagree Fitness and Pilates instructor through Equinox, with additional pre- and postnatal certification and training on six different Pilates apparatuses. I’m currently pursuing my nursing degree, deepening my understanding of anatomy, recovery, and holistic care to better support every body I work with.
My approach blends the precision of classical Pilates with the dynamic energy of contemporary movement — a spicy mix designed to sculpt, lengthen, and tone. I focus on functional movement, strength, core stability, and mindfulness, helping clients move with purpose, build confidence, and feel their most empowered, radiant selves.
